This Privacy Policy explains how Republic Extrusions (“Republic Extrusions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit republicextrusions.com (the “Site”), send us a contact form or a request for quotation, or email or call us. It also explains your choices and how to contact us.
Who we are
Republic Extrusions is an aluminum extrusion manufacturer located at 10472 FM210, Megargel, TX 76370, United States. We sell to businesses. You can reach us at contact@republicextrusions.com or (940) 562-2205, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Request for Quotation form: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, address, part number or part description, estimated annual usage, comments, and any files you upload (for example, drawings, CAD models, specifications, or photos).
- Email and phone: anything you send to our email addresses (such as contact@, quotes@, or careers@republicextrusions.com) or tell us by phone. Job applicants send résumés, cover letters, and the details in them.
- Business dealings: if you become a customer, the information needed to quote, sell, ship, invoice, and support your orders, and the credit information described in our Terms & Conditions.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the Site’s forms.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: our web host and security tools record your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. We use this to run the Site and to detect and block attacks and spam.
- Spam protection: pages with forms use Google reCAPTCHA. It collects device and browser information and how you interact with the page to tell people from bots. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Analytics and advertising (only if you accept): Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Jetpack Stats record the pages you view, how you reached the Site, your approximate location, device and browser details, and whether you sent a form. See “Cookies and your choices” below.
- Fonts: the Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To make, ship, invoice, and support orders, and to manage customer accounts and credit.
- To review job applications.
- To keep the Site secure and to block spam and fraud.
- If you accept analytics and advertising cookies: to learn which pages help buyers, to improve the Site, and to measure and improve our Google Ads campaigns.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties, and to protect our rights.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar tools, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way. We use them in two groups:
- Necessary: these make the Site work and keep it secure. They include reCAPTCHA on form pages, the record of your cookie choice, settings you pick in the accessibility tool, and login cookies for our staff. They are always on.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Jetpack Stats. They stay off until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.
Until you accept, Google’s tags run in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode). In that mode they do not set or read analytics or advertising cookies, but they may send Google basic, cookieless signals such as the fact that a page loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To control the ads Google shows you, visit My Ad Center.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a choice to decline analytics and advertising cookies, and we do not show the cookie banner. The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who work for us and may use the information only to provide their services: our website host and WordPress services (Automattic, which provides Pressable hosting and Jetpack), Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA, Fonts, and Tag Manager), and our email and business software providers.
- Advertising measurement: if you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads receives information about your visit, which it may use to measure our ads and to show you our ads on other sites (“targeted advertising”). You can opt out by declining cookies or using “Cookie settings.”
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Republic Extrusions, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
How long we keep information
The Site’s forms send your submission to us by email. Each form submission also goes to our internal lead system, along with the page you sent it from, the page that referred you to the Site, and any ad campaign tags (UTM tags) in the link you followed. The website keeps a temporary copy of each submission, including any files you attach, only until our lead system confirms it received it, then deletes it. This usually takes a few seconds. We keep form messages, quotes, uploaded files, and customer records for as long as we need them to answer you, to do business with you, and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and quality-record duties. We keep job applications for as long as we need them to fill positions and to meet employment-law duties. Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of our Google Analytics account. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
The Site uses HTTPS encryption, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you need to send highly confidential drawings or data, contact us first so we can agree on a secure method.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, may give you the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and get access to it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information you gave us or that we hold about you;
- get a copy of your personal information in a portable format; and
- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We will honor these requests from any visitor, wherever you live, as far as the law allows. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. You can opt out of targeted advertising on the Site at any time by declining cookies in “Cookie settings.”

Residents of other states may contact their own state attorney general.
Children
The Site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. We are not responsible for their practices.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers process information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be sent to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
